With a MM in viola performance, Kate is qualified to teach any level musician at any age, from children, to adult beginners, to skilled musicians.

Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced musician, a kid or an adult, Kate can tailor private lessons to your needs. She has a BM from The Cleveland Institute of Music, and an MM from Peabody Conservatory, both in viola performance, where she also studied music theory extensively.

Facebook Livestreams
Every Sunday, Kate hosts livestreams on Facebook Live, performing and explaining some of the post notable repertoire in classical music. In addition, she has also focused on the Bach Suites (“Building a Bach Suite”), movie score analysis (“Lights, Camera, Music!”), jazz (“From the Concert Hall to the Jazz Den”), and other classical music favorites (“Classically Pieced Together”).
